Office X Coworking space
We offer a cost-effective premises solution with a flexible 30-day notice period. Office X coworking spaces can be found in Jyväskylä and Espoo.
You can arrive at the office whenever you want and have all the necessary supplies at your disposal 24/7. You only need a laptop.
As a e monthly member at Office X you will get:

Office X is suitable as a workspace solution for a sole proprietor or a larger organization. For an organization of several people, we can discuss the joint membership price.
As hybrid work becomes more common, individuals may also need a workplace outside the home. It is possible to get Office X membership for a workspace deduction, which means that the solution is also great for those who work remotely.
Buying a membership and instructions for entering the space
You can buy a membership in the online store or on an invoice. Fill in your information here for the invoice when you buy.
Buying in the online store:
1. Select the product you want in the online store. You can choose the start date of the monthly membership at this point!
2. Fill in your information on the form.
3. Pay the first month’s membership.
4. You will receive payment after order confirmation and a receipt to your e-mail. Emails may take a while to arrive. If you choose a start date other than the purchase date, the receipt will arrive in your email no later than the start day.
5. When you buy a membership, you create your own credentials for the online store. In the future, you can use your credentials to reserve conference rooms when you log in to the Office X online store. You can also cancel your membership here.
How do I get into the space?
1. Download the Enkora OnTheMove app from your app store. When you log in
to the ID you created in the application for the online store, you can get the door opening to work. You will see the name of the location in the application.
2. When you are at the door of the office, open the application and go to ‘Trays & Access’. Open the doors by pressing the lock button. Please note that you must be less than 200m away from the doors for the opening option to be activated.
OR
1. You can get your personal PIN code from the ‘My information’ section of the online store when you have logged in with your credentials.
2. You can use the code to access the Office X mode by entering the number into the PIN code device next to the door.
The personal code changes about every month, so we recommend downloading the app.
Office X Monthly membership
Monthly membership with a 30-day notice period. The membership includes all Office X services (e.g. postal service and own office).

Terminating membership
Office X membership can be terminated anytime with a 30 day notice.
You can terminate your membership in Enkora by signing in and going to your account information.

The 30 day notice begins on the day you sent the email, unless you ask for a different date on the email.
PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP ON INVOICE
Corporate customers can purchase a membership from our online store by using the link below or place an order to be invoiced by filling in the form.
We will contact you when your membership has been created. You will be provided with a personal PIN code and user credentials for the Enkora system for booking facilities.
